LoanLogics’ Rich Pilny Named HW Tech Trendsetter
Jacksonville, FL, December 2, 2022
LoanLogics, a recognized leader in loan quality technology for mortgage manufacturing and loan acquisition, announced that Rich Pilny, the company’s VP of Infrastructure, Technology, has been named a 2022 HW Tech Trendsetter by HousingWire magazine. The award recognizes the most impactful and innovative technology leaders serving the housing economy.
Pilny manages LoanLogics’ Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and all associated cloud technology and applications. When the COVID pandemic struck and the company’s outsourced partners in Asia could not get online, overnight, Pilny built a new cloud-based network through Singapore, ensuring the lenders and servicers who rely on LoanLogics’ technology experienced zero business interruptions.
Earlier this year, Pilny also oversaw the migration of LoanBeam’s operations into LoanLogics cloud infrastructure. Because Pilny had earlier onboarded a managed service provider that specialized in cloud integrations, LoanLogics was able to fast-track the migration and complete it within six weeks while simultaneously reducing the company’s overall IT costs.
“Rich’s quick, decisive leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic not only helped our mortgage banking clients keep their businesses running, but several clients have decided to implement similar strategies themselves,” LoanLogics CEO Dave Parker said. “We are extremely fortunate to have Rich on our team and thrilled to see him receive the industry recognition he deserves.”
“I’m honored to be recognized by HousingWire magazine and grateful to the entire LoanLogics team for their hard work and support,” Pilny said. “I look forward to continuing to help lenders, servicers, insurers and investors who rely on LoanLogics take advantage of cloud technology and our solutions to lower costs and operate more efficiently.”
HousingWire’s 2022 HW Tech Trendsetters are made up of the top product and technology leaders who have been essential in bringing innovative tech solutions to market for housing industry clients. Similar to the HousingWire TECH100 award, which honors the most innovative companies in mortgage and real estate tech, HW Tech Trendsetters recognizes the people who develop the technology and drive innovation for their mortgage and real estate clients.
“The HW Tech Trendsetters award gives us the opportunity to spotlight the names and faces behind the tech companies that are transforming the housing economy,” said HousingWire Editor in Chief Sarah Wheeler. “These innovators are critical to the outstanding performance of their mortgage and real estate clients and have, yet again, surpassed all expectations by tackling some of housing’s most pressing issues.”
