LoanLogics Names Chad Tippin Senior Vice President of Engineering

Trevose, PA | June 29, 2016 LoanLogics, a recognized technology leader in loan quality management and performance analytics, has announced that it has hired Chad Tippin as Senior Vice President of Engineering. He is responsible for leading the successful development and release of several new software products and enhancements.

Tippin's responsibilities include the strategic leadership of the development department and the planning, coordinating and supervising of the design, development and implementation of software applications.

He will also manage several software teams and a diverse group of software developers including technical delivery managers, development managers, database and software architects, and .NET software application developers.

Also, Tippin will implement development methodologies, best practices and standards that ensure the quality of new products and upgrades to existing products are consistently excellent.

Prior to joining LoanLogics, Tippin served as Director of Product Development at BMC Software, where he was responsible for the research and development budget as well as staffing of teams spanning several continents. He helped redefine and re-implement several products and platforms, rethink processes, and restructure to meet business and investment needs.

From 2008 to 2010, Tippin was President, CEO and COO of Swarmcast, and was responsible for strategy, leadership and technical direction, increasing the number of employees tenfold. Also, he defined and built a live video streaming platform with millions of users and that featured prominent clients such as MLB.com, Roku and Setanta Sports (UK). He joined Swarmcast as a Vice President of Engineering in 2004.

Tippin has held technology positions at others firms, including CTO and Vice President of Engineering, as well as Software Lead Architect. He managed a technical staff including Product Development, Quality Assurance and Product Management teams. Also, he played a significant role in technical sales and presented technology to prospective customers and executives of major media and content delivery companies.
