LoanLogics’s Meg Guard Named a Woman of Influence by HousingWire

Vice president for account management is recognized for her work helping lenders utilize technology to automate mortgage loan quality.

Trevose, PA | August 1, 2018 LoanLogics, a recognized leader in loan quality technology for mortgage manufacturing and loan acquisition, is pleased to announce that Meg Guard, its vice president for account management, has been named a Woman of Influence by HousingWire.

The Women of Influence program honors the significant contributions of women to both mortgage banking and real estate.

In an industry long known for resisting change, Guard is recognized for her leadership in helping lenders leverage automation and artificial intelligence technology to tackle record-high loan origination costs and meet investor demand for error-free loans.

“While digital mortgages continue to capture the attention of the housing industry, the real revolution in mortgage technology is happening behind the scenes, and few people are doing more to lead this revolution than Meg Guard,” said Craig Riddell, LoanLogics’ executive vice president and chief business officer. “Meg is the reason our clients are able to achieve the results they're looking for. It's not just the technology, but also the relationships developed by Meg’s team that help ensure every client understands what our products can do and that they are getting the maximum possible benefit from them.”

Under Guard’s guidance, LoanLogics centralized its support services and enhanced metrics and reporting tools that measure client satisfaction. In part due to her leadership, the company’s revenues have risen sharply due to the increased adoption and use of the company’s flagship LoanHD® platform.

Guard has more than 20 years of technology experience and client support. “I believe I have a skill for really listening to people, finding the center of their vision and communicating that back to them in order to develop solutions that truly fit what they need,” Guard said. “I’m honored to be recognized with this award.”
