LoanLogics’ David Parker Wins HW Vanguard Award
Trevose, PA | December 3, 2019 LoanLogics, a recognized leader in loan quality technology for mortgage manufacturing and loan acquisition, announced that Chief Product Officer David Parker has been named by HousingWire magazine as a recipient of the 2020 HW Vanguard Award. Now in its fifth year, the HW Vanguard program recognizes key executives across the housing finance industry for their outstanding leadership and contributions to their companies, as well as the dynamic ways in which they are changing the industry as a whole.
Since joining LoanLogics in January of this year, Parker has been responsible for defining and executing the direction of LoanLogics’ unique portfolio of technologies and services to rapidly grow sales and increase customer engagement and retention. Among many other achievements, Parker played an instrumental role in implementing product innovations for LoanLogics’ IDEA™ (Intelligent Data Extraction and Automation) platform, which paved the way for LoanLogics to be selected as the technology provider behind Freddie Mac's new Freddie Automated Servicing TransferSM (FASTSM).
“I’m honored and humbled to be recognized among so many innovative leaders in the mortgage industry,” Parker said. “A great deal of credit for this award belongs to my amazing team at LoanLogics, as well as the company’s commitment to creating more efficient and transparent mortgage processes, which are helping organizations save time and money.”
HW Vanguard winners are chosen by HousingWire’s editorial board. This year’s 50 honorees are comprised of leaders representing multiple sectors of the housing space, including residential mortgage lending, servicing, investing and real estate.
“Our Vanguard Award is reserved for the true trailblazers in the housing industry, the visionaries that are leading the charge into the future. This year’s winners are the embodiment of that vision. In each corner of the housing industry, they are forging the path, setting the pace, and guiding housing into the next generation. And we couldn’t be prouder to honor them as Vanguards.” said HousingWire Managing Editor Ben Lane.
Parker has more than 30 years of experience helping mortgage lenders take advantage of new technologies to streamline processes, lower costs, improve loan quality, and achieve growth. Prior to joining LoanLogics, he served as a general manager for DXC Technology, the world’s largest independent technology company, where he oversaw banking and capital markets.
“We are incredibly proud of the work Dave has done in a short amount of time with the company,” said Bill Neville, CEO of LoanLogics. “Dave's passion for innovation and his ability to simplify the most complex issues is unrivaled, and his leadership of our product management team and successful roll-out of multiple product enhancements have had a huge impact on our clients.”
