HousingWire Magazine Announces LoanLogics SVP, Terese Campbell, as a 2017 Women of Influence Award Winner

Her efforts and team leadership has enabled the tremendous growth of LoanLogics’ platform-based managed services and helped lenders efficiently evaluate loan quality while eliminating costly manual processes.

Trevose, PA | August 2, 2017 LoanLogics, a recognized technology leader in loan quality management and performance analytics, has announced that HousingWire magazine named Terese Campbell, SVP Operational Excellence, to their annual Women of Influence list.

This is the seventh year that HousingWire has recognized the women leading our industry forward, with an eye toward encouraging and celebrating female leadership in what had been a male-dominated field. All 50 winners represent women achieving in every sector of the housing economy.

Campbell is recognized because she knows how to leverage technology to make the mortgage process work better. Her goal: helping lenders solve some of their biggest challenges, which revolve around being compliant while reducing costs and driving quality.

"Terese has the background, knowledge and understanding of people, processes and technology needed to truly move the needle with respect to automating and improving loan quality across the enterprise. She has been invaluable to our clients in helping them understand and implement change and get the highest and best use of their implementation of our technology and their own personnel", said Brian K. Fitzpatrick, president and CEO of LoanLogics. "Her experience and know-how add great value to LoanLogics."

In fact, Campbell receives nothing but praise from clients, such as Birdsey Group LLC, a nationwide real estate consulting firm that specializes in third-party due diligence reviews and mortgage quality assurance services. Todd Grashaw, managing director of Birdsey Group, says Campbell was instrumental in his company’s decision to work with LoanLogics. "Since we began working together, Terese’s experience in mortgage operations has been invaluable," Grashaw said. "She has a very diverse background in the mortgage industry and was able to demonstrate how LoanLogics can help our clients overcome compliance hurdles and significantly increase productivity. Her knowledge of the entire process made it much easier."

Campbell has been instrumental in the tremendous growth of LoanLogics’s platform-based managed services using the company’s award-winning LoanHD® platform. Revenues more than doubled over the past 2 years (from 2014 to 2016) and during this time LoanLogics has also been recognized as one of the fastest growing technology companies in Deloitte’s Fast Technology 500 list, reporting three-year revenue growth of 291 percent.

LoanLogics is not the only venue where Campbell has demonstrated leadership. A cancer survivor, Campbell is a member of the Hope Gala Committee of the South Jersey American Cancer Society and has donated many hours raising funds. In the past, she has also been active in Junior Achievement, an organization dedicated to teaching financial literacy to high school students. She’s also a strong advocate of equal opportunities for women in the workplace and has mentored women seeking to transition from homemaking into the workforce.

The Women of Influence award is distinct in that it recognizes leadership within individual companies but also in the larger finance ecosystem. Each of the winners sports an impressive resume attesting to their hard work and innovation in various fields, but they have also invested in their coworkers and communities.
