LoanLogics Names Lauren Pilon as Chief of Staff

Mortgage industry veteran will oversee human resources and legal functions

Jacksonville, FL - January 10, 2022 LoanLogics, a recognized leader in loan quality technology for mortgage manufacturing and loan acquisition, announced that Lauren Pilon has joined the company as chief of staff. Pilon will oversee human resources and legal functions and take part in several strategic programs in collaboration with LoanLogics’ executive leadership team and its parent company, Sun Capital Partners.

Pilon stood out in the company’s search for a chief of staff due to her experience in leading high-profile strategic initiatives from inception to completion. She is also an objectives & key results (OKR) expert who has applied this goal setting methodology to achieve cohesive collaboration across teams and drive operational excellence.

Before joining LoanLogics, Pilon spent more than 11 years at LendingTree, most recently as vice president of business operations where she led the company’s OKR program in addition to overseeing operations across multiple business lines. Prior to that, she was senior director of the company’s project management office and director of strategic integrations. Pilon also held senior online and offline marketing management positions.

“Lauren brings a great wealth of experience to us at a time when we are growing and evolving as a company,” LoanLogics CEO Bill Neville said. “We welcome her strategic insight as well as her project management and operations expertise.”

“LoanLogics is at the forefront of innovative change in the mortgage industry and it’s exciting to be a part of it,” Pilon said. “I’m looking forward to contributing to the company’s growth and working with a highly creative and motivated team of professionals.”
