GENERAL SUMMARY
A Document Operations Analyst is responsible for reconciling client’s files processed the day prior. The Document Operations Analyst ensures files that require manual intervention are corrected and reloaded into the proprietary company computer systems for processing. The candidate will be required to learn the ins and outs of the systems utilized by the Document Operations department.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Successfully complete training to learn the job duties and systems to complete day to day functions
- Respond to requests from internal and external clients for files delivered for processing
- Manage file upload notifications sent via email for files that need to be converted and loaded for processing
- Perform triage for error, duplicate and problem loan notifications to determine if files need to be processed, reprocessed or disregarded
- Correct and load files for processing for all files that were delivered by client in an incorrect format
- Support vendor training by uploading training files
- Reconcile files delivered by clients to LoanLogics to ensure files were processed and returned to clients within SLA. Provide reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Inform clients of incorrect file uploads to ensure their file delivery is consistent with our document processing system
- Provide assistance to offshore teams when needed
- Recommend changes to the system and processes if inefficiencies present themselves
- Work as part of a team in order to achieve a common goal
- Willingness to work additional hours when necessary
