As Senior Vice President Client Services, Rick Hall has responsibility for managing LoanLogics Account Management and Loan Audit Operations teams. His role creates greater alignment and coordination across these teams, enabling better service for clients. Through his leadership and focus on continuous process improvement, he looks for opportunities to optimize productivity in the company’s audit operations, drive new audit best practices and ensure an exceptional customer experience for clients using LoanLogics technologies and services through Account Management support.

Hall began his career as a Quality Control Analyst and rose to Director of Operations for an underwriting and consulting company. In 2009, he joined Aklero Risk Analytics, one of the merged entities that formed LoanLogics in 2013. He has held positions that span Loan Quality Operations and Account Management, ultimately leading to his current role in which he manages both teams leveraging his unique perspective and approach to customer service.

Hall was recognized by HousingWire Magazine as a 2018 Rising Star, honorees represent the best young leaders in the mortgage industry – in lending, servicing, investing and real estate.
