As Senior Vice President for LoanLogics IDEA^TM Programs, Application Support and Infrastructure, Bill Johnson is responsible for driving the optimization of one of the company’s primary platforms for intelligent data extraction and document processing automation. This optimization includes performance, stability and platform efficiencies that enable a cost-effective solution for clients. A primary objective for this role is to ensure LoanLogics’ service levels are maintained in delivery of the company’s services, which he achieves through a cross-functional leadership role within LoanLogics.

In addition to IDEA Optimization, his responsibilities also include Infrastructure, Corporate IT, Application Support, and Cybersecurity oversight.

Bill has extensive experience in the financial technology services arena, assisting companies to grow and meet their financial and technology goals. Prior to joining LoanLogics, he was an independent consultant and prior to that endeavor was CIO and Head of Cloud and Data Center Operations for Finastra, Global Application Support for Citigroup Asset Management, and SVP for Client Delivery and Technology Operations for BISYS. In these roles he also performed technology assessments for potential acquisition targets, regulator interaction (FFIEC)and financial management.
