As Senior Vice President of Enterprise Portfolio Management and Support, Jim MacKenzie is responsible for the oversight of the Client Support, Implementation, and Project Management teams at LoanLogics. Through his leadership, he also helps to drive improvements across the company’s product release process, as well as its project delivery portfolio planning and execution process.

Since he began his tenure at LoanLogics as Vice President of Enterprise Portfolio Management and Support, MacKenzie has worked to standardize the new client implementation process, been entrusted with leading the client support organization, significantly matured the software delivery process and established the company’s enterprise Project Management Office (PMO).

His career began with a specialization in manufacturing Quality and Statistical Process Control. He then transitioned to the software delivery space where he has held roles in project and portfolio management, product management and technology delivery. At Cimbrian, a Microsoft Platinum Partner with a portal management software solution for the government market, he built the company’s first PMO and later took over the management its flagship product. Most recently, MacKenzie was a Technology Services Director at ecommerce provider, eBay Enterprises. There he led technology initiatives for all Western Region accounts, from inception through delivery, built use cases across business verticals and supported account management in collaboration with business development.

MacKenzie prides himself in the fact that he has spent the last 20 years as an advocate of intelligent change within organizations where he has worked and within groups he has led.
