Drew Milburn is Senior Vice President and Product Owner at LoanLogics focused on the correspondent lending channel. In this role he is responsible for evolving the company’s product ecosystem and driving innovations for automated document processing and audit technologies that address this segment’s loan commerce needs.

Prior to joining LoanLogics Drew was a founding member of the Correspondent Lending division at Texas Capital Bank, one of the largest mortgage finance banks in the nation. His leadership of the technology and business integration functions enabled the rapid growth of the bank’s de novo correspondent and servicing operations. It also gave him the opportunity to work with LoanLogics as a client partner for the development of the LoanHD^® Investor Module for correspondent loan acquisition, which was chosen as the core platform for the bank’s correspondent channel. He has over 20 years of banking and financial services experience including senior operations and product management roles in community, commercial and regional banks with principal responsibilities over multiple mergers/acquisitions, core conversions and interstate banking expansions.

Drew has a BA from The University of Texas at Dallas and earned his Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association. He volunteers with multiple student-centric nonprofit groups that include the Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair where he acts as Treasurer, Future Business Leaders of America and multiple youth sports organizations.
