LoanLogics Promotes Woolley to SVP of National Sales, Cassada to CIO, and Hires Campbell as SVP for Product Management

These moves were designed to help the firm attract new clients and ensure its continued leadership position in mortgage technology

Fort Washington, PA | April 25, 2014 LoanLogics, a recognized leader in loan quality management and performance analytics, has promoted Matt Woolley to Senior Vice President of National Sales, Terrell Cassada to Chief Information Officer, and hired Terese L. Campbell to serve as Senior Vice President for Product Management.

In his role as Senior Vice President of National Sales, Woolley will take the reins of the LoanLogics national sales team and report directly to Fitzpatrick. His proven capabilities were instrumental in solidifying and increasing by 50% the volume of business LoanLogics does with one of its biggest clients and he has been a consistent top sales performer for the organization. He will now be in a position to translate these skills into sales leadership that drives greater success across the entire sales organization.

Woolley has held a variety of positions in sales and management in the mortgage technology and financial services industries with clients ranging from Government agencies, top 5 lenders, MI Companies, as well as lenders, banks, and credit unions of all sizes across the country. He was VP of Sales for NYLX prior to the merger of NYLX with Aklero Risk Analytics which formed LoanLogics in May 2013.

His past accomplishments include development of a Due Diligence channel through strategic growth, business development, and channel partnerships as Managing Director for Crosby Corporation. He also helped facilitate a former company's growth from under 30 employees to more than 1,000 during his tenure. His past sales experience includes management of over 50 sales professionals to triple revenue growth each year for three consecutive years.

Having assumed the role of Chief Information Officer, Cassada is responsible for LoanLogics' document, data, and rules processing software development and technologies; corporate infrastructure, data center infrastructure and operations; as well as corporate information and data security.

His former role as Senior Vice President of Technology was an "all encompassing" role and positioned him as a vital member of the department. Cassada has been a significant contributor to key architectural designs for LoanLogics platform and software development, as well as organizational management of the data center and information security framework of the company. In his new role, he will report to Fitzpatrick.

Prior to joining LoanLogics, Cassada provided management consulting services to the GSEs on FHFA mandated technology, operational and budgeting initiatives, and to regional and community banks on technology, operational, and information security best practices and efficiencies.

Cassada has also served as Chief Information and Operations Officer for First Guaranty Bank and Trust. He also has held the role of Senior Vice President of Product Development and Architecture, Chief Software Architect and Chief Technology Officer for leading mortgage technology firms.

As Senior Vice President for Product Management, Campbell is responsible for ensuring that LoanLogics continues to develop and produce high quality, innovative products that solve market problems and deliver competitive advantages to clients. She will help foster and support the company's culture of collaboration, partnership, innovation, and outstanding results.

Prior to joining LoanLogics, Campbell spent more than 20 years with PHH Mortgage where she served most recently as Vice President of Credit and Operational Risk. While at PHH, she helped lead the design and development of a number of critical software applications that span the lifecycle of the mortgage process.

Campbell spent considerable time in production operations as well as credit and operational risk management. She gained an excellent reputation and was well respected for her expertise and success leading several cross-functional, strategic initiatives for the lender that enabled the company to grow from its small entrepreneurial roots to a top national lending institution.
