LoanLogics Participates in Innovative Technologies Action Group's Techies Day

The goal of the program is to educate students about technology careers and educate them about local technology companies

Trevose, PA | January 21, 2016 LoanLogics, a recognized leader in loan quality management and performance analytics, has announced that it participated in Innovative Technologies Action Group's Techies Day on January 20, 2016. LoanLogics hosted 15 students from Neshaminy High School and their teacher.

The event is designed for high-school students and delivers a half-day of employee driven activities with the goal of educating them about technology careers and opportunities in the field. Also, participants gain insight into dynamic, industry leading companies in their local area as well as innovative technologies and the employees that develop them. The aim of Techies Day is for students to gain a better understanding of the types of work that technologists perform, and decide if it's a career they would like to pursue.

"We are proud to participate in a program that enables LoanLogics to give back to the community and do what we can to inform high school students of the opportunities and the rewarding careers they can have in the technology field," said Leah Fox, SVP Customer Success at LoanLogics. "The students seemed to really enjoy their time with us; we hope they learned a great deal and that it was an extremely gratifying experience for all of the participants."

The Innovative Technologies Action Group (ITAG) focuses on workforce development, primarily for youth and incumbent worker training initiatives. Its mission is to promote information technology, communications and technological processes to companies and individuals in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
